Using meditation to help yourself remain calm is a way in which you can get rid of negative energy around you. Taking a few moments and using methods to meditate will have you feeling relaxed after just a little bit of time? In order to become good at methods to meditate you will need to practice each day. Sit down and meditate only for a few minutes and as you practice it will become natural for your body to do. As your method to meditate becomes natural it will also become easier to accomplish the feeling of calm. Finding a place where you can sit on the floor comfortably is very important. Use a cushion to sit on if you need, placing your back straight and your legs crossed. Not everyone will be able to use the floor though. If the floor is not a good choice for you find a chair your comfortable in, and sit down, placing those feet nice and flat on the floor, back straight and arms relaxed. Deeply breathe in and shut your eyes, continue doing this. As you breathe in each time imagine your body becoming more relaxed. First your arm, than a leg, and as you continue breathing more of your body will be relaxed. Do this until you start feeling relaxed if needed use visualizations to help? Continue to breathe and allow the relaxed feeling to be throughout your body. Experience that place where your mind and body are completely at peace. Breathing should be done naturally by your body and you not concentrating on it at all. All you should fee is peace and calm surrounding you and your body. Getting rid of all tension and problems you feel in life, stress shouldn't be a problem, and as you get better at meditating it will seem natural.
