| The Unconscious Mind - Does It Really Exist? |

Did you know that you probably only use about 10% of your brain's capacity? That's true, with 90% of your potential as yet untapped. Imagine for a moment what it would be like if you could access even a small portion of that untapped mind power potential. What is power of mind? Scientists have known for a long time that there are some people who can access different aspects of the unconscious mind to manifest various abilities, strengths and perceptions. These abilities can often include the range of extra-sensory and psychic abilities. However, these people aren't different or more special than you or I. Instead, we all have the ability to access our unconscious minds such that we can tap into our unique gifts and powers. What's unfortunate is that most people don't know they have these skills because they're latent. They are in fact within that unused 90% of the brain, yet they are still in existence even though they are not used. The key to unlocking your full potential lies in finding a way to free those latencies and access the power behind the unused 90% of your unconscious mind. You may find you have the ability to manifest those things you desire most in life. You could also find that powers such as telepathy, remote viewing, telekinesis, precognition, levitation and other aspects of your mind could be unleashed. There are several ways you can accessing your unconscious mind and begin to release the latent abilities hiding inside you. Affirmations: Your unconscious mind is the power-house of your entire life. Everything you do, every choice you make, it all comes from a thought that originated in your unconscious mind. It's processed and then moved forward to your conscious mind, or the waking portion of your thought patterns, where you act on the information given. Affirmations work because you can repeat these positive messages or phrases to yourself several times a day, and as you do this, your unconscious mind eventually picks up on what's being said and makes it useful to that unconscious part of your mind that's usually not part of your conscious attention. Your unconscious mind and the affirmation itself work together to make your conscious thoughts and your thought process in general more positive, more in tune with what you want, and more focused as well. So for a moment, let's take a look at what you say to yourself. Do you say, for example, 'I can't afford it,' or 'I'll always be fat,' or, 'I don't deserve to be happy'? You can take what you say to yourself and change it to something positive so that ultimately, your unconscious mind will pick up on it and begin to make it happen in a positive way. Visualization is a good way to change your life with your unconscious mind, too. Visualization is daydreaming of a sort, but it's a lot more than that. Visualization happens when you literally picture what you want, versus daydreaming -- which is something you do randomly, with no serious intent that what you see will ever happen. So, try this: Picture yourself with your life the way you want it. You can literally change your life from the inside out, your level of happiness, abundance, positive relationships, and so on simply by visualizing yourself already having those things you want to bring to fruition. Your unconscious mind simply can't help but take up those images and bring them to conscious thought, where you'll simply see that things can open up so that you can make them happen. Hypnosis, too, is a good way to access your unconscious mind and may be the easiest. Hypnosis has given very positive results to people who wanted to lose weight, increase self-esteem, attract success, or quit smoking, as just a few examples. You can do self-hypnosis as an easy way to develop your own mind powers, as you have time. Listen to recordings by trained hypnotherapists that will reinforce those affirmations you've worked to transfer to your unconscious mind.
